Q: Do you sell Gift Certificates?
A: YES! They are sold in any denomination you choose.
Q: Do you sell CDs, DVDs & LPs from local artists?
A: YES! We stock many of your favourite local artists in all genres.
Q: I'm an independent musician. How do I get my music in your store?
A: Call or email us and we'll provide you with all the necessary information. You will need to fill out our consignment agreement.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Item must be returned with receipt, in original packaging within 7 days for a refund. For an exchange or store credit, item must be returned with receipt, in original condition within 14 days.
Q: Will you put items on hold?
A: YES! We can hold any in stock item for up to 2 weeks.
Q: Can I try before I buy?
A: YES! You can listen to any new or used CD or any used LP in the store.
Q: Do you have an online store?
A: Not yet, however, we would be happy to ship out to you.
Q: What if you don't have an item in stock?
A: We will special order it for you at no charge with no obligation.
Q: Is it true you offer FREE coffee every morning?
A: YES! We brew fresh Equator Coffee Roasters coffee every morning.
